  • What are your business hours?

    We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays from 10:00am -2:00pm, and Sundays we are closed.

    Rates vary depending on the complexity of the task. Please feel free to call us to discuss you individual needs.


    We will tailor a plan and price structure for you. 


    We offer a Complimentary 30 minute Consultation.  


    During this call we will listen to your concerns and tailor services to suit your individual needs.


    Please allow 24 hours notice for all requests. After Hours/Holiday/Rush jobs & Weekend Services are available at Premium Rates. Mileage beyond 25 miles are subject to mileage charges billed at $.50 per mile.  A standard Service Agreement which includes a Confidentiality Clause and terms of service will be provided.

  • What is your Privacy Policy?

    Your privacy is very important to us. Please be assured that your personal information will never be shared or sold to anyone without your permission.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    YES! Seniors & Military receive a 20% discount.

  • What about third party services?

    The cost of goods, services, fees, taxes, materials for the completion of assignment will be the sole responsibility of the client.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We request  24 hrs notice to cancel any appointment that has already been set.

  • Can I purchase services for someone else?

    Absolutely! Gift Certificates are available in the amount of your choice. Great for Employee or Client Appreciation, New Moms or anyone who needs extra time. ​

  • Scheduling & Additional Considerations

    To ensure high-quality service, we kindly ask that all requests be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Rush, weekend, after-hours, and holiday services are available at a premium rate.


    • Mileage Policy: Any travel beyond 25 miles from Houston is subject to an additional mileage fee.
    • Confidentiality & Trust: All clients receive a Service Agreement with a confidentiality clause, ensuring complete discretion and professionalism.
