Mastering the art of delegating doesn’t have to be hard, just ask yourself these questions. How you answer will tell you what tasks you can delegate to us!

• Is this a task that someone else can do, or is it critical that you do it yourself? If you must do it, why? 

Take some time to sit down and think about why you need to complete the task, and what would happen if someone else took it on.

• Does this task recur often? 
• Do you dread doing this task?
• Does completing this task take up a ton of extra time and energy?
• Is there a way you can cut back on the time spent doing this task? Or does it require a lengthy time commitment/
• Has this task been on your to-do list for weeks, but somehow doesn’t get done? If you keep pushing off a task, for any reason, this can be a clue that you should get someone else to do it for you.
